The staff very friendly. Booked wrong room size for 3days 2nights and the next day available to upgrade room

Room in the basement, first time getting a room in the basement lol. The emergency stairs are not visible.

The room is not soundproof, the view from the window of room 210 is very bad, the TV is hard to use, there are no tissues in the room except for toilet tissue rolls.

I had a great stay at the hotel. The location was perfect to everything. The staff were so helpful. Great experience!

When we checked in, the smell of the previous customer was so strong that we went out first to be cleaned. Our room was not tidied up when we went out, soap, water was not prepared and I had to ask for it first at the reception. I do not recommend this hotel.

Overall we had a nice experience here. However, it was quite hard for us to find parking spot for our car, but eventually we found one.

This is my 3rd time staying. 1st and 2nd times room condition are acceptable. But for 3rd time, the room and toilet extremely dirty. Floor sticky, cup stains on small table, hair on floor, toilet basin curry stains, toilet tiles with algae and black mole. Bed frame shaking.

Good location near jbcc komtat mall and jb sentral Train Station. But the place a bit hidden and need to walk a bit distance from the station Easy to catch a grab too. Service is kind, a lady in the receptionist with short hair upgrade our room from basement for free. The room is clean with a just so so amenities and the single bed is a bit too small for me. Hotel ambience is like a heritage house, like going to our grandma 's place. The con is that the WiFi not working during our two days stay maybe because the road service happening that blocking the signal.

Bagus sih, lokasi dekat dengan JB Sentral, hanya saja perlu memutar untuk sampai ke sana, interior ruangan cukup bersih, hotel masih baru, staf kurang ramah.
