Bath towels and bath mats were not provided when we checked in. Even though there are many guests, bathroom facilities must still be considered for the comfort of hotel guests.

The Four Points Hotel is a very comfortable hotel. The food is delicious and varied. The menu is extensive. Masya Allah. Everything is good, and hopefully it will get even better in the future. My favorite hotel 😍

When I'm in Makassar, I always enjoy staying here. The service is excellent, the rooms are comfortable, the amenities are complete, and the food is delicious. Definitely recommend!

Starting with the parking lot being very far from the lobby, having to ask for access from the receptionist and being made to wait for a very long time in front of the elevator. I highly recommend not staying here; I'd be better off at Claro.
