The service was excellent. Despite the reviews saying they were indifferent or whatever, the receptionist was very helpful. It was clean, with cool AC and hot water. The bed was a bit hard, but overall, it was very good and affordable for the Blok M area.

The room is comfortable, with a bathtub in the bathroom. There are also plenty of outlets and a closet, so you don't have to worry about where to put your clothes. There's no kettle, so you can't make hot drinks, but a plus is that there's a refrigerator inside so you can enjoy cold drinks.

At first I was skeptical because of the reviews. It turned out to be beyond my expectations. The AC was so cold that even the drinking water was cold, perfect for me who likes cold drinks. The room and bathroom smelled good and were clean. It wasn't noisy and the lights were very bright. They also provided security, and the staff was also friendly.
