Booked on the app but was still bombarded by the hotel owner calling to check in with a virtual phone number that couldn't be called, so the whole family ended up wandering around the entire time of traveling in Danang, please avoid this apartment, I'm annoyed.

Couldn't get a room. No one turned off the electricity

The hotel owner does not reply to messages and turned off the phone once we arrived and called. Do not book this hotel.

Our apartment has been running out of water for more than 2 days, the hotel has provided each water can to use, we want to change the hotel immediately because it has suffered more than 2 days already! Our family had to relocate to another room but the hotel still did not fix this problem; This incident has ruined our family trip. Suggest urgent support.

I have booked an apartment from 20 days ago. but when I came to receive it, it was not like the picture .. said that the apartment of MT ended, so I borrowed an apartment outside so it was like that .. 2 bedroom apartment but do not have 1 pair of sandals. Do that next time who dares to choose this hotel to come.
