It's great to be able to stay at Uttara, almost perfect. Except for the parking fees which are very unreasonable, for 7 hours motorbike costs 59 rb. Not to mention if in and out, at least 2 rb at a time.

that was my first time stay in this apartment, uttara with the cabin management, little bit surprised by the rules which not written in the descriptions in web, about the Parking and Deposit money. this apartment not really friendly with people who travel with their own vehicle because we need to pay 100k for one night or 75k for valet services (which located not one building with apartment). other things is about 300k deposit for the access key, not big deal for us, but just surprise with that amount. overall our room was good, internet works well, TV channel with indihome, was very comfortable. and they only need to clean some little details, such as the mug and coffee maker, looks pretty dirty to used.

The place is clean and ok, kitchen and bath equipment are available, staff who handle agreements etc. are very cooperative and on time, cm it's a shame to bring your own car there are no parking facilities and the parking fees are quite good for the bags, apart from that overall everything is ok ..

I really like staying here. The place is safe, all need to use access. Clean and very comfortable it even looks like a hotel not an apartment. The facilities are a gym, a swimming pool on a rooftop is an infinity pool. cool In front of its location there are also many eating places, souvenir centers and hitz snacks in Jogja. If you go to Jogja again, I will definitely choose to stay here again.

Firstly, there was no information about deposit money on the site which was apparently equal to the price of the room for a key deposit. The wifi and television in my room was not working as well. Staff is not always standing by I had to wait 30 mins after check-in time, so is during the check-out. The good things are : location, cleanliness, apartment facilities.

I really did not occupy this apartment because there was a sudden affair that forced me to go home before tasting a stay at this place. But the cabin crew was very friendly, all my questions and requests were fulfilled so I finally had to go home and didn't have time to stay. Next trip if you go to Jogja again, definitely book this apartment again.

Quite comfortable. Suitable for young family trips (couples 1 child). The location is also strategic on Jalan Kaliurang near UGM. It's not difficult to find food around here. Can be an option for a long stay. Maybe it can be made haga per week and per month. The internet is okay, fast. Cable TV is quite complete, although I don't watch much. The thing that must be considered again is: More flexible to check in check out and responsive. Please provide towel mats for the bathroom, the bathroom is not good in terms of drainage. Is there no garbage disposal schedule? Because garbage piles up and is confused where to go. Maybe you can make a place to hang towels / clothes on the balcony. Following a review from me, hopefully it can be even better. Unfortunately if not maximized, because the location is very strategic.

Good place and stay clean but we must pay cost for parking

Steady! Holidays are fun, lots of food around here, close to all access too.

The rooms are clean, the surroundings are really nice, want to find food is really easy, delicious near the hangout, below there is Starbucks, there is a clothing store nearby, like it. Next, if you go to Jogja, you will sleep here again.

The place is clean, strategic, minus the parking lot charged to us, which is usually paid for free. Recommended for those who want to vacation in Jogja.

Had the most pleasant stay here, its totally clean, owner is really communicative and easy to reach, It’s on the center of the town, really definition of ‘worth the price’

The apartment was great. The swimming pool was on roof top so the view so beautiful. Next time I will be back here again with my family.
