For a family trip, it's quite enjoyable, but if you bring a car, you have to be careful when parking, the road is quite narrow, especially on the uphill bends.

The road to the parking lot is absolutely terrifying. All the TVs are new models with blue screens, only two are listed.

Stayed at this hotel for one night with my family and two adult children just to rest before continuing our trip back to Jakarta. Positives: 1. The location is quite good, right on a main road. 2. The staff was friendly and responsive to any issues. 3. The room was quite spacious and comfortable with a good bathroom and sufficient hot water. Needs Improvement: 1. The breakfast food was just "adequate" for a hotel like this; it could have been better. 2. The staff at the breakfast area was also a bit slow, resulting in a wait for some items to be refilled. 3. The staff, especially at the egg counter, seemed to be trainees, causing some guests to cancel their orders due to the long wait. 4. Electric car charging facilities could be provided. 5. The air conditioning in one of the two rooms the family occupied was not cooling. 6. There was a TV, but it didn't work.

The hotel is quite strategically located. However, the staff is inadequate to accommodate guest requests. For example, I asked to borrow an iron, even though I'd been informed the day before. The next morning, it hadn't been delivered, and the iron arrived at 9 a.m. They said there were only four irons available at the hotel.

It's so comfortable here. It's easy to get everywhere. Finding food is easy, too. Right next to the hotel, there's a delicious goat satay restaurant.

The room was large and clean, but it wasn't particularly soundproof, so we could hear sounds from the next room. However, it's conveniently located and kid-friendly. Highly recommended.

The only downside is that the parking is narrow, it's a bit cramped to climb up.

The sky pool is really cool, it's spacious, there are 2 pools, a children's pool and an adult pool.

Please pay more attention to cleanliness. The sinks in the rooms and restaurant have soap stains that haven't been properly cleaned. The soap dispenser in the shower has been empty for two days. The bed linens don't look as tidy as a typical five-star hotel. The staff is friendly, elevator access is easy, but parking needs to be done carefully.

The room was okay, clean, and comfortable. The TV, however, wasn't a smart TV. Hopefully, they'll upgrade to one.
