The hotel experience including the infinity pool was superb..the only problem is The staff (housekeepers) were not friendly at all..The buffet food were really delicious but the variety is considered very less for a 4-star hotel.

The room was very dirty, there were small pieces of trash on the floor, there were cockroaches, it smelled bad, the duvet had stains, there were small pins in the carpet, the elevator took a long time to arrive.

I chose Lanai King Ground Floor Rp. 350,000 on the G floor, it seems like the apartment parking lot has been turned into a hotel, the room has no windows and you enter through the hotel parking lot, unfortunately I lost my room access card and was charged 30 RM (Rp. 110,000) and in the afternoon it was crowded with people fighting for the elevator with the apartment residents.

A building this size only has 2 lifts. 2 more lifts were damaged. Will never come back here again. Waiting for the elevator took 30 minutes. Dirty room.

See it yourself the dirty condition of the hotel. Not recommended at all. Just viral vibe only. Lift waiting time is to long to reach your room level. Not recommended 👎👎👎👎👎

The bathroom has cockroaches/cockroaches, the bathtub also has cockroach/cockroach legs, the bathtub can't be drained, the room carpet has spots and the hallway carpet to the room has spots, the staff is friendly and still stays at check-in time at 12 at night, the room and bathroom are spacious, the view nice, the outside atmosphere of the hotel is beautiful.

The front desk people are less friendly and they need to add more people for better customer service, I guess. I had to wait in a long queue for 30 minutes (4 people in line) only to claim my room key and luggage. The room was nice though. Thank you.
