The family room is okay. But the deluxe double room is lacking. The old-fashioned wardrobe looks like it's about to collapse, and the TV channels are limited. The facilities are decent, though: a clean swimming pool, and billiards. Maybe they'll provide elevator access in the future, hehe.

The hotel staff is friendly, it was comfortable while you were there, but please pay attention to the cleanliness because the rest is okay.

The location is on a main road, the ambiance is beautiful, the mornings are cool, there's an Alfamart across the street, and the restaurant offers in-room dining. Some things prospective guests should note: the parking area is a bit uphill and not very spacious; be careful. There are still mosquitoes in the rooms, as the hotel's concept is full of plants and greenery; bring mosquito repellent. The staff is very easy to contact via WhatsApp chat; they are responsive and friendly. For some reason, (unwilling to ask for help), we finally connected the WiFi to the Smart TV (Android TV) in the room with our smartphone, which was first connected to the hotel's internet. Other than that, everything was good and enjoyable. Yogyakarta remains a city full of fond memories, the city of my birth, 51 years ago. Don't go to the Ndalem Tiyasan restaurant on Jalan Matematika, Condongcatur. The ratings are dishonest, and the staff begs for discounts.

I've checked in three times in different rooms. The water heater isn't hot enough and takes a long time to get hot. I thought the water heater was broken, but it turns out all the room types are the same. The water heater isn't hot enough and suddenly goes cold.

Friendly staff. Ample parking. Maybe it's just my feeling, I got a corner room near the pool. The walk from the reception to the room, maybe because it was late at night, the lighting was dim, a bit dark, a bit uncomfortable for me. The room is spacious, the AC is cold, the bathroom smells uncomfortable. The mattress is too soft so it's a bit of a problem for those with back problems. The swimming pool is large. A bit far from the Malioboro area. Sorry there are no photos because I haven't had time to take them. Hopefully there will be improvements in the future. Thank you.

The staff are all very friendly and very helpful. The bed and bathroom are clean. The breakfast is perfect... not so many options but tastes delicious... even the coffee is good... Thank you Pak Adi for the hospitality... will come back for sure

Honestly, I wasn't satisfied, unlike the 3-star hotel room (I booked a deluxe). It wasn't at all like the room pictured, it wasn't as spacious as it was, and the amenities were lacking. 1. The room was stuffy, and the bathroom smelled musty. 2. The mattress was very inadequate for a 3-star hotel; it sank and squeaked when I slept. Sitting on the side or middle of the mattress completely sank. 3. The AC made a "jet-jet" sound every few minutes, which was honestly very annoying, and it startled me. It sounded like someone was knocking on the door. 4. The water was low and wouldn't heat up. I waited 10 minutes and it still wouldn't heat up, just a little warm. 5. The amenities were lacking, and some were broken, such as no tissues, only one toilet paper. The soap was only liquid soap, no shampoo. There was only one trash can in the room, and there was no trash can in the toilet at all. The lid for heating the water had come off and had to be turned off manually. 6. The sheets and blankets are no longer white and faded. Booking on the app for over 300,000 Rupiah was honestly uncomfortable and I wasn't satisfied with the room I got, especially the mattress, the noisy toilet, and the AC. Hopefully, the quality can be improved, because if you're just looking for other options in Jogja, there are plenty of better options at this price, or even lower.

My first stay, booking via the app was very easy. Access, even though Perdana also has an app, allows for e-banking payments through all banks. Upon arrival, the hotel showed me my booking ticket, and I was immediately served and given a room. After arriving, I tried the restaurant menu and was also served immediately. The room was clean, the toilet clean, and the air conditioning cool. Breakfast was varied and quite tasty. My family and I felt comfortable during our stay. Due to the high number of guests during the holiday season, parking was also congested. Security was available to help us remove our vehicles from the parking lot. This will likely be our next stay if we return to Yogyakarta.

Overall, it was okay, but parking was a bit tricky due to the location of the parking lot. The pool is spacious and clean. Breakfast was quite tasty. However, slippers were not provided in the rooms.

This is my second stay here. Cleanliness needs improvement. Upon first entering, there was a smell in the bathroom. Otherwise, it's a nice and comfortable place for a family vacation.

The service was excellent. After staying for two days, the room was cleaned again and smelled great. The only downside was the trash can was very small. The food was decent, and breakfast was included in the cheap price. The hotel has a direct view of the pool. The kids loved it. However, it is a bit far from the city. It's a nice place to stop and relax.
