Quite pleasant with cheap prices and good facilities, close to UGM and UNY campuses.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful in checking in to the hotel.

1. The receptionist offered a price outside the app of 250k while in the app it was 175k. 2. In room 45 on the 3rd floor, there were several broken floors, and the water heater did not turn on because the LPG gas ran out. 3. The electricity token ran out at 01.30 WIB and I was the one who had to fill the electricity token because the receptionist was not there. 4. I did not document the photos of the room and others because I only stayed for a short time because it was uncomfortable.

When we arrived, the check-in process was fast, the manager only had to take a photo of our KTP. The management and security guards are quite friendly. The environment is like a boarding house, the 1st floor is busy with residents. With a cheap price, you can get a super spacious room with quite complete facilities. However the room looked unoccupied for a long time. Advantages: close to UGM, near where students eat, complete facilities (mineral water, towels, soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, bathtub, work desk, super large cupboard, clothesline, TV, AC, terrace), rooms are not noisy, the mattress is very soft and big. Suitable for families. Opposite the inn there is a grocery stall and Warmindo. Disadvantages: There is hot water but you have to request it first, because it uses gas cylinder power, it doesn't function normally, every time you go out and go down you have to go through the dining table so it's awkward if you have to go in and out often, showering is a bit difficult because the shower is embedded in the wall and is located above the bathtub . If you want to go to a place to eat, you have to leave the alley first, if the night is dark and quiet, so please be careful. Far from Alfa, Indo, ATM, bus stop. Overall, if you don't have to be extravagant, the accommodation is more than adequate for the price offered.

I stayed here with my mom. We stayed one night and had to check out early for my graduation. It was a pleasant stay, the staff were helpful and nice. We got a room near their lobby. They had quite a big room, nice vanity, though an old shower tube. They also provide amenities; Towels, soap, toothbrushes, and toothpaste. The best part is it is not far from the venue and is worth every penny. Thank you.

When I got the one with a bathtub on the 3rd floor. Exclusive boarding type and old inn but really clean and the mother was friendly. Back or not? Come back.

The guard is friendly, the room is comfortable, got toiletries and mineral water minus because it gets to the 3rd floor so it's a bit tired going up and down stairs.

Lokasi sangat strategis, sangat dekat dengan UGM, UNY. Banyak cafe dan warung makan di sekitar sini. Kamar sangat luas, ada ruang terpisah untuk meja belajar/kerja/rias. Tiap kamar mandi ada bathub. Tersedia handuk (hanya 1), air minum kemasan, sabun batang, pasta gigi dan sikat gigi. Ada dapur umum di lantai 1. Ruang jemur luas di lantai 3.

The place is pretty good, only under the bed there is a lot of garbage, the sheets and blankets seem like they have never been replaced, the location is hidden through the streets around the UGM campus, at night it's scary. There are insects near the room, the service is okay, friendly, willing to help carry things to the room, just please pay more attention to cleanliness, like on the 2nd floor there is a place where shoes pile up when you pass by masyaallah you can smell it. But the homestay is comfortable, yesterday I was able to park in the palace, only there were those who didn't get to park until they were on the side of the road.

The rooms are very damp and dirty, the towels are very dirty n grubby. I'm not going to repeat it there.
