Nice place, cool, nice, calm atmosphere.

We stayed there for 2 days, the food menu for the first and second days was mostly the same.

Overall, the staff and facilities were excellent, humble, friendly, and comfortable. The rooms were also comfortable, but the TV wasn't a smart TV, making it difficult for toddlers to watch YouTube. The bathroom didn't have a shower cable, so they had to rely on a shower head. The bathroom floor was also dirty and moldy due to stagnant water due to the poor slope. The gym and pool were good facilities. Breakfast also had a wide selection.

We were so happy to have a staycation at the Aston Inn Batu Hotel. Our 3-day, 2-night stay really made the kids happy, especially with the friendly staff at the reception, security, and housekeeping. We were so grateful to have been upgraded to an executive room. We'll definitely stay here again next time. Best of luck, Aston Inn Batu!

Stayed here for one night as I was stopping in Batu on my way touring. Check-in and check-out were easy, and the staff were helpful. Had an amazing stay at Aston Inn Batu. The deluxe king-size bed is spacious and well-appointed. I love the many soft pillows. The breakfast is complete and delicious. Nice.

I really had a pleasant stay at Aston Inn! Thanks to our request for connecting doors, one of our rooms was upgraded to a Deluxe, and Ian & Oky helped us out. It was truly a blessing, thank God. This hotel also has the best service, I really love it. Besides the guys at the front desk, the security team was also very quick to offer valet parking when the parking lot was full. Even though I returned late at night, tired, with kids, I only really understood the person offering valet. But yeah, this hotel is really busy in Batu, but it's a weekend stay, so it's not really possible for a party. I also got a room next to the bar/cafe/whatever, so it was pretty much like listening to the sounds of horegg. However, when I told the front desk (with Ian's help again), the live music dropped quite a bit around 9:00 PM. The bottom line is, Aston Inn is worth the money. Comfortable, sleeps soundly, showers are nice (even though the shower is as high as parents' dreams), in short, it's totally comfortable!

The staff are very friendly and helped make check-in easier. I arrived early but was helped easily. Breakfast was delicious with a wide menu. The cafe for dinner and chilling was also very satisfying and had live music. It's also kid-friendly. The city view at night is really nice. Easy access to everywhere.

The location is very strategic, close to Jatim Park 1, Club Bunga, and the Museum Angkut. The hotel is clean, complete with a swimming pool and gym. The staff is very friendly and informative. Best of luck!

The view from the balcony of the room and the restaurant is top-notch... A favorite place to eat while enjoying the view... It's just a shame the room isn't soundproof so you can hear noises from outside, and the pool doesn't have hot water. Otherwise, everything is great 🥰
