The hotel is quite luxurious, with spacious, clean, and well-equipped rooms. However, I found the price a bit high compared to the experience. The view of the Han River from my room wasn't great, as it was obstructed by another building. Additional services were all charged and quite expensive.

Staying at this hotel is very comfortable for families, with convenient access to everywhere. However, on weekends, the influx of tourists checking in makes the lobby crowded, causing staff to unfocus on existing guests who need assistance.

Watching the fireworks from this view is absolutely stunning, but having to upgrade to the Firework Park View room category is a bit inconvenient; it would be better to update it directly.

It was too crowded; there was a long wait for breakfast and it was chaotic. The electronic locks needed resetting occasionally, and the elevators took too long to go up and down.
