Staff helpful when complaining about smelly bathroom.

Awesome, clean and comfortable place

Sorry, just want to be honest.. The cleanliness of the room needs to be improved.. the room smells damp, and the sheets also smell damp.. there are lots of spider webs, especially in the closet.. In the future, more attention should be paid, especially to cleanliness.. Honestly, it's disappointing 🙏🏻 The advantage of this hotel is that there is a garden, suitable for children to play.. and the receptionist is friendly..

When checking in the toilet was dirty from the previous guest, towels and soap were not prepared and mineral water was not provided. The hot water was broken and the floor was dirty.

Dirty bathroom, lots of hair left in the water hole, the hot water is unclear. The thing that makes staying comfortable besides the bedroom is the bathroom (toilet). If you don't ask for a towel, you won't be given it. If you borrow a glass, you won't be given it. Car parking is far away

Average 2-star hotel. Not suitable for its 2-star status. I made a reservation for a four bed family room, which was very disappointing. The condition of the unit is not well managed. Cockroaches and leeches and ants in the room and toilet. Cobwebs not cleaned. The reception by the female receptionist slightly alleviated the disappointment. Thank you for welcoming us as a family with warmth and sweet smiles.

The hotel was very unclean, under the bed there were black ants climbing onto the bed. Highly not recommended.
