Check-in and out process was easy and fast. Friendly staff. Clean room, cool AC, soft mattress, complete amenities, even slippers. Close to Alfamart, food stalls are just across the street. Overall, the best. Pool on the rooftop, guys. There's also a pub downstairs. Motorcycle parking in the basement is shady, so it doesn't get hot. Safe because there's security too. Top notch.

My first time staying at Maxone, bringing my kids, it was perfect. The rooms are spacious, there's a swimming pool, and the food is top-notch. Maxone could be a great choice if you're visiting Balikpapan 🥰

Always stay at maxone when I go to Balikpapan, the warmth king room is comfortable, spacious and has a refrigerator, complete breakfast always love the breakfast here!, swimming pool with a sea view in the distance😋 But when I first entered the room, the wifi internet network was bad and quite slow until I had to use a personal hotspot to connect to the television and the smell in the toilet was unpleasant (smell of cigarettes) even though I booked a non-smoking room, yeah overall if I'm not in Samarinda I will miss maxone bpn, but I will try maxone hotel in the next city I will visit in the future hopefully there is one🤞🏻

The hotel is nice and clean, but the AC often turns on and off. I had previously asked for it to be repaired but it started acting up again at night, maybe it's the settings.
