Just entered the room, wow, the smell of cigarette smoke is crazy. The mattress is dirty too. Huh, is that a towel? I thought it was a footcloth, it's so hard. How could it not have any fragrance. Plus it's noisy at 12 at night, drama of people checking in, who pays who plays. At 2 o'clock, the same drama plays too. Wanting to check out, people are really sleepy I think. Checking out past 8 o'clock didn't wake up, hilarious. Only woken up by the parking person.

Friendly staff, access to the city center is close, only the sound of running water from the upper room is clearly audible. So it's a bit disturbing the comfort of rest. For the price, it's appropriate.

The staff is okay, they already know me, but finally under mattress 101 there was a musty smell, it seemed wet but the mattress was turned over.

The room was very cramped and dirty, not as pictured. There were no complimentary coffee/tea facilities. Even getting hot water for tea was difficult because there was no water dispenser. The shower head was broken, there was only one towel for two people. The sanitary kit was minimal: only a very small soap bar, no shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, or tissues. Parking was minimal, and I was often woken up from my sleep because the car had to be moved. Compared to the hotel next door (Sriwijaya 99 Hotel), which was more comfortable and had star-rated amenities, and the price difference was only 50,000 rupiah, this accommodation was far superior in terms of service, amenities, cleanliness, and completeness. In short, this accommodation was uncomfortable, dirty, and lacked amenities.

The shower hose was leaking, the room lock was manual, even though there was an access card.

It is highly recommended that the facilities be supplemented with a lobby equipped with hot water.

Overall, it's comfortable, for the price. The sheets are replaced with new ones, there's hot water, and it's safe. If you want to clean yourself, make sure you bring your own soap and other supplies. A suggestion for the accommodation is to clean the cobwebs in every corner of the room.

It's quite comfortable, the staff are friendly, close to everywhere...it's comfortable for those staying alone...but for two people, the space seems too small
