I checked in late at 1am and they said there was a confusion between the old owner and the new owner. The money I deducted was deducted from the previous owner and they did not receive it. I didn't see my booking code even though I showed them the booking and the amount deducted on the card. Then they let me sleep temporarily in a place that new guests check out. Never cleaned and dirty. After lying down for a while, they said a customer canceled and they put me in that empty bed. Once again, I have to climb down an upright and unsafe staircase, especially to a drunken man like me. Continue to climb to the 5th or 6th floor or something. It is very tall. And continue my bed upstairs. I am not sure about the cleanliness. Air conditioner not turned on. And there are some mosquitoes buzzing around just waiting for the chance to suck blood. Between 2 choices. 1 is for covering the blanket and is heat resistant and 2 is for mosquito bites. 1 bad experience with me.
