The staff is enthusiastic and timely, the rooms are clean, the lobby and stairs are beautiful and luxurious, there is a Highland cafe next to the lobby which is very convenient. The food is diverse, fresh, the breakfast view is airy. If I go to Da Lat in the future, I will come back here to stay.

Staff unfriendly no customer service very bad experience

Everything is ok. But the security guard doesn't seem friendly, it's ok if you're older! Uncle helped me carry my suitcase to the car. As for the young security guard, he stood and watched while it was raining heavily that day and was not allowed to use an umbrella to get out of the car. Meanwhile, in the past few customers, I saw him holding an umbrella to cover the customers 🥲 We also hesitated to see if he would hold an umbrella? Because I still have a few bags of stuff in my hand. Seeing no response, I had to go to the car. It's embarrassing to call out because even seeing him standing there, I know it's raining, not that I don't know 🙂‍↕️

Ok. Delicious food, lots of it, right price

I booked the wrong schedule, my family arrived 1 week earlier than the booked schedule. The hotel still supported the change of schedule and helped my family check in immediately. Luckily, because that day, everyone was tired from the long trip, including 4 small children. Thanks to the hotel, my whole family did not have to sit outside and wait. Will come back next time. Thank you to the hotel and the staff for being so enthusiastic!!!

Lần nào lên Đà lạt cũng ở đây chưa đi đâu khác bao giờ. Khuyên các bạn có ý định đi thì cố thêm tí chi phí vào đây ở cho sướng cái thân nhá 🤣🤣🤣

Team lễ tân dễ thương, nhiệt tình và hệ thống service rất tốt! Đã lưu trú vài lần, sẽ quay lại khi có dịp! ❤️

Nhân viên thân thiện, nhiệt tình. Vị trí ngay trung tâm nên đi lại khá thuận lợi. Buffet sáng nhiều món và ngon so với mặt bằng chung.

nhân viên lễ tân và bảo vệ đều thân thiện, phòng mình lavabo bị nghẹt nước nhưng do sắp trả phòng nên thôi không gọi lên sửa chi mất công, nhưng tóm lại vẫn thấy khách sạn ok

Dịch vụ khách sạn tốt thì khỏi bàn rồi nha, giờ khách sạn nào đa phần cũng tốt rồi. Phòng sạch sẽ nhìn mới, gọn gàng Cái mình thích nhất ở đây là buffee sáng, siêu nhiều món, mà ăn ngon nha. Sẽ giới thiệu khách sạn với mọi người nếu ai đi Đà Lạt

khách sạn sạch sẽ nhưng cách âm không tốt, phòng ngủ cạnh đường rất ồn ào khó ngủ

Không có bàn ủi ủi đồ, phí ủi đồ mắc, đặc trưng của Đà Lạt là không trang bị bàn ủi trong phòng nhưng dù gì khách sạn mình lớn mà cũng theo lệ thì không thích lắm. Hoặc chí ít cũng hỗ trợ khách ủi với cui phí hợp lý xíu này ủi bộ đồ hết 80-90k thì quá đáng

Tiện nghi, ấm cúng và vị trí rất gần chợ Đà Lạt. Nhưng mà buffet sáng ăn không ngon
