The atmosphere is comfortable and suitable for families. There is a garden and a pool too. Nice view. But next time please clean the inside of the cupboard and drawers because when I opened it, it turned out to be moldy and a bit smelly.

a comfortable place to stay or have a family event here, the room is spacious and clean, unlike the comments that made me doubt it too,,, the food is okay and the morning buffet is still complete, the staff is friendly and very informative... will come here again and recommend it... maintain the service and facilities, hopefully it can be of better quality🙏🤍

Whether you want to believe the reviews or not, I experienced it myself, the hotel was poorly maintained, the AC was off when I arrived, the TV wouldn't turn on, the bathroom wasn't very clean. I checked out straight away in the morning 😱

The staff is friendly and kind. But hotel cleanliness is not given enough attention. There were dirty plates on the table in the hotel hallway which had not been cleaned up from the evening until the morning even though there were leftovers. Kinda gross. The bathroom was a bit dirty, there were sawangs that weren't cleaned

Stayed on April 12-13 yesterday. It was quiet at the beginning of check-in. Maybe because we arrived at noon. It got busier at night 😊. Good service. Only when I wanted to order food outside of breakfast hours, I couldn't because the kitchen was closed. The breakfast menu includes fried rice, chicken tongseng, tomyam, vegetable soup. Water, tea, coffee and guava juice. Quite tasty. There is a swimming pool, the rooms are also comfortable.

The hotel staff is friendly, the hotel is comfortable & beautiful. Initially I wanted to get a refund when I read some previous reviews. It turned out not to be entirely true. The swimming pool is clean, the AC, the warm water also works well 😊 happy to be able to stay at Ataya Hotel. Hopefully in the future it will be better & more successful.

For breakfast, it often runs out and you have to wait quite a long time. The food menu is not varied. Stayed 4 days, the menu was white cabbage vegetables. And there were no other menu options. There are many luwing animals roaming around

Lokasi strategis dekat dengan Bandara adi soemarmo, resepsionis nya ramah, cuma ada kekurangan untuk air mandi panasnya cuma sehari aja panasnya, dua hari berikutnya tidak panas. Semoga bisa diperbaiki lagi, terima kasih.

Hotel terletak agak ke pemukiman warga namun masih memiliki jarak yang cukup, serta memiliki akses ke area pariwisata bendungan. Kamar cukup bersih namun masih kelihatan old style, perlu sentuhan renovasi.
