Kamar tidak sesuai seperti yang di pesan di aplikasi, fasilitas buruk, bau, lembab, sempit dan kotor. Kain kasir lembab dan membuat gatal-gatal. Resepsionis tidak korporatif. Tidak bisa cari solusi. Padahal saya berani tambah biaya untuk ambil kamar yang sesuai dengan pesanan saya.

The room was clean, before entering the room we were sprayed with mosquito repellent, the food was delicious, the crew was friendly. There's just no bath mat, we ask that there isn't even a lot available, maybe that's the drawback.

Rooms and pillows smell sour. Airn on the shower smells of mud so you have to use a tap that is stored in a bucket.
