Strategic location in Garut city, friendly staff, fast check-in and check-out process, spacious rooms, only the AC is not cold enough.

The condition of the room is old, but what is more disturbing is that the water doesn't flow smoothly, it's very small, making it difficult to take a shower.

Getting a cheap price is a bonus for customers, but customers don't ask for it! This is the first time there are lots of geckos and mosquitoes in a hotel room. It's really bad! I requested a non-smoking room, but there were cigarette ashes in the corner near the chair, and the sheets were dirty and looked like they were used. Does that mean they weren't cleaned when the customer checked in? I immediately informed the receptionist, but the sheets weren't changed, and the cigarette ashes were still there when I returned to the hotel. Amazing!

Honest Review! The staff service was good, very friendly. However, the room was lacking. There was still some trash in the drawer that hadn't been thrown away, the mattress and sheets had stains, the floor was a bit dusty, the bathroom smelled a bit, and there were no toiletries like toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap, or shampoo. Only towels were provided, but no mat or slippers. The room was actually comfortable for sleeping, but not private. The ventilation was open to the outside. The area near the ventilation was glass without curtains. The top of the bedroom door was also glass with no curtains. There was a door between the rooms, so noise from the next room could be heard. The room wasn't soundproof, and noises could be heard from outside. In the bathroom, water was contested with the next room. Sometimes there was no water at all, so you had to take turns going between rooms. It was difficult to defecate without water from the sprayer. There was also a sign that said "water heater" but it wasn't in the bathroom. I don't know if that was only in some rooms or just the sign. The food was decent, although limited. The dining area was okay, but the outdoor area was poorly maintained, giving off a creepy atmosphere. My suggestion is that even though it's a 2-star hotel, it should be better maintained, the staff are still there, there's no change.

The hotel's location is strategic and easy to reach, and the food is delicious. However, the rooms and bathrooms need serious maintenance. There's no hot water.

Recommendations for where to stay when visiting Garut

Old hotel with old ac but ac is cold enough. Deluxe room is spacious but the furniture are old and updated. Bed not comfortable and I feel itchy. Inside deluxe room have a smart TV. Staff are very helpful. Breakfast only fried rice, bihun goreng and fried egg. They serve coffee but no creamer. Opposite the hotel there is alfamart and warung steak.

I like the friendly and polite staff and service. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast is delicious with affordable buffet prices again. Basically if you go to Garut. Will stay here again.

The air conditioning in the regular room is not very cold, but the breakfast is quite good.

Staff hotel sangat ramah dan baik, hotel yang tersembunyi di belakang Rex Radio Garut yang membuat suasana tenang dan nyaman hanya saja pada saat malam hari memang seperti yang menyeramkan, kamarnya bagus tapi seperti kamar lama yang terasa seperti di rumah orang tua di kampung, kamar mandi perlu pembersihan karena ada kerak air yang terlihat kurang nyaman, untuk parkiran bagus karena depan kamar parkirnya, sarapan enak rasa nya benar benar seperti dirumah, dan suasana pagi yang segar dan sejuk khas garut sangat nyaman sekali.

Kamarnya Luas pelayannya ramah next ke sini lagi.

- Upgraded to an AC room, but the AC didn't turn on. Followed up from 8pm until 3am to confirm there was no improvement either. - Behind there is a cafe, but when the cafe closes at 10-11pm the music is great. really big like a celebratory person. Disturbing the peace. Overall, not really comfortable staying one day here. Won't repeat order :).

The hotel is close to the city. The staff were nice, the fried rice breakfast was delicious, but I didn't have hot shower water.

The place is spacious, strategic location, the price is also quite economical. Very satisfying with a budget like that.
