Service requests were quite prompt, but I was a little disappointed on the fourth day of my stay. I called to request an early cleaning, but it still hadn't been done. I waited quite a long time in the lobby downstairs, about an hour. When I went upstairs, it still hadn't been cleaned, and the staff didn't arrive until late afternoon. I wasted an hour of my time trying to catch up on reports in my room, thinking it was already clean. It was a shame because I stayed for quite a while and it was considered one of the best hotels in Palembang. We hope to improve and continue to improve our service in the future.

From the beginning of check-in to check-out all the staff were friendly, but unfortunately there is no elevator from the basement car park to the lobby, so you have to go up the stairs, it's a bit difficult if you bring your suitcase up the stairs, it can be dropped off in the lobby, but more often it's a bit of a rush if you want to drop off in the lobby. The breakfast served is delicious but the food choices are not too diverse. Oh yeah, the room lighting is too dim, maybe the lighting can be adjusted again so it's not too dark. Overall, staying at Aston Jambi was quite pleasant.

When I checked in, I had already written that I wanted a king-size bed, but I was given two. It was really uncomfortable sleeping on separate beds like that, and there was no hair cover for showering.
