Everything else was okay, but the soundproofing was terrible, especially the housekeeping staff who were very noisy. It was a hot afternoon, so I chose to stay in my room to rest, but I couldn't rest at all because the housekeeping staff were constantly shouting, dragging tables and beds, and the soundproofing was awful.

I booked a room but was mistakenly given a room with a window that faced a solid wall. I was a little disappointed and considered canceling, but couldn't. I shared my experience with the reception staff, and they helped me upgrade to a different room free of charge. Even better, they sent a letter and a plate of fruit as an apology. 100% thoughtfulness! The gift wasn't of great material value, but it was incredibly valuable emotionally, making me feel respected. I highly recommend this place; I'll definitely come back next time and remember to be more careful when booking.

I had a great stay! The staff were very friendly and enthusiastic, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the sea view from my room was absolutely stunning. I truly appreciated the warm hospitality and relaxing atmosphere. I hope to return on my next business trip to Da Nang!

Location near the beach, about 5 minutes walk. The staff is very friendly, enthusiastic in helping with luggage check-in and luggage transport. The bedroom has a very nice sea view. The bedroom is clean, good soundproofing, good hot and cold water system, good air conditioning, fan. The sink is arranged in a strange position, separate from the bathroom, easy to wet the floor. Popular breakfast buffet, edible, not too special.

The room has very little storage space. I booked a room for 4 people but was only given 2 towels. I had to ask for more towels every day (I stayed 3 nights). The food is varied. The staff is enthusiastic. However, there is a lot of dust under the bed and the table legs. I stayed for 3 nights and the floor was not cleaned. The room layout is not convenient. Next time I will not choose Stella to stay.
