The room was clean and tidy, very comfortable bed and relaxing room. The hosts were charming and very accommodating. Easy to find and access to area. Very GOOD

A lovey 300 year old cottage. Beautiful rooms. Spotlessly clean. A full English breakfast sets you up for the day. Paula and Simon are wonderful hosts, very welcoming. We felt like we were visiting friends. Well located for getting around the area, Eden project and popular beaches and harbours a short distance away.

This gets a top rating due to the service & hospitality. The hosts are ultra welcoming and friendly. And gave me some great tips on places to visit, including nearby scenic walks. Plus Simon cooks a top English breakfast and Paula does a great job of keeping the place in order. They allow dogs, although best to check with them before booking to make sure they will get on with their dogs ok. The nearby road is noisy early morning, but only if you keep the window fully open.

The owners were very friendly. A cosy place, room was clean slightly dated. The room my wife and I was in had signs of an old leak on ceiling, some repairs needed but nothing serious. Both of us found the bed a little soft for our liking. There are no restaurants close by within easy walking distance, but there are plenty of choices by car within 10 - 20 mins.

The hosts are very friendly and provide a good breakfast in a pretty conservatory, if ordered extra.

The host was gracious and helpful. Wifi was weak but workable. Great location and a short drive down the road to a wonderful Indian restaurant.

A small B&B along the road. We stayed in a small room with twin beds. Beds were really comfy, the best beds during our roundtrip actually. The road outside is a bit noisy but not too bad. The owner is nice and served a very good breakfast - but note that breakfast is not included in the price which wasn't clear when I booked.

Paula and Simon are really knowledgeable about where to go and what to see. Breakfast is lovely with a nice friendly chat Paula gave my Sarah tips on furniture decorating too!! Plenty of parking. Thanks

Didnt feel welcome, room was ok but dark. Ok for a night if you are on a transit but if you are looking for a pleasant journey to stay look for another one.

Lovely hosts and a great price

If what you are looking for is a boring, soulless establishment where every room is the same, like you get in a Holiday Inn, Travelodge or Premier Inn then this is not for you. What you do get is a personal service from a friendly couple who know their stuff and make you very welcome. This is a 350 year old cottage where every room is different but nonetheless exceptionally clean and comfortable. Plus the breakfasts are excellent and cater for all tastes, even non carnivores.

We were very happy with our stay. The accommodation very good , comfortable and clean. The service excellent. Thank Paula for making our visit to Cornwall so very pleasant.
