Great location and easy check in and access after hours

Firstly, the member of staff working at reception was very rude and unhelpful. When I asked about parking, he told me that I should not expect a parking space. This was very disappointing because your hotel advertises that parking is available on site. Secondly, the room conditions were unacceptable. The heating in the room was switched off in am morning and the room was extremely cold. To make matters worse, the window in the room was broken.The girls from the pan was very nice ans helful.

This the 4th time at this hotel and booked again for july frindly and welcoming.

Very happy with everything

Friendly helpful staff. The food was nice but dinner service had to finish at 7.00 pm on the night I stayed due to it being quiz night which is perfectly understandable. It felt like a real locals establishment.My only criticisms concerned the size of the bathroom towels which were not a bath sheet and the lack of topping up of the shower gel / shampoo container in the cubicle itself.

Excellent hosts, room and breakfast

I encountered a staff member who was extremely unprofessional. When I asked for help with a problem, the response was, 'That's your problem, not my problem.' This demonstrates a complete failure in guest relations.

For a one night stay in a pub, it was ok

Great place to stay, very clean, excellent breakfast, real ales, fantastic outdoor space and Craig/Manager was a good host also, i'll be staying again next year on my yearly trip to North Wales, thank you.

Room was clean and confortable, tiwels could b fresher and a little more attentiin to cookin brekkie, location perfect in abergele,overall decent stay staff good.

Room was spacious, well made up and very clean. We had everything we needed. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Breakfast was great.

Really lovely stay, the room was lovely and cosey and the fish and chips we had in the evening in the bar were delicious. Really friendly host and bar staff will definately be back again.

Clean room, comfy bed and a great dinner

Bed was comfortable. However the bathroom was dirty with mould in the shower. On arrival there were no towels or toilet roll in the room. But the cleaners basket with dirty cloths and tea and coffee items left on the side table. Breakfast was quite nice. Shame about the dirty cup.

The staff were very helpful and the room was very spacious and clean The food was very good quality would definitely go back.

Slept ok bed nosy, tv not working and WiFi not working.
