- hotel is promised with pool and gym. Was told they cost ¥258 extra; excuse me! One main reason we pick to stay is for a gym in China. We also picked it because it has a pool. Hotel does not even allow us to visit the pool without paying. - room is filthy. And very dark and think hotel hopes guest will not see the stained filthy carpet and bed. Wires to lamp were broken. - AC or heat keeps going and broken. Can not adjust and no window. Crazy place like a dark room in movie. We got a single room which we only ask for a place we can stay, read a little, and sleep well. Guess not -

Second time staying at Hot Spring because of its location being near to the family's residing unit. Check-in wasn't fuse free, as the CRO had difficulty finding my booking - reason being, they didn't register my surname (reservation name was different from that of passport). A deposit of CNY200 is required. Got a loft this time, and the room was great. A maisonette unit with 2 single beds at the first floor, and a double bed at the 2nd. Suitable for a family of 3-4 pax. The room is slightly run down, with stained wallpaper, damaged switches, etc. The bathroom has an elegant bathtub and a standing shower. There's no fridge nor safe in the room tho. Love the great housekeeping as they replenish the supplies, regardless if that from the previous day has been used. Hotel is within walking distance to eateries, market, shopping mall and MTR. We will definitely stay here again during the next visit - hopefully, the checking in is more efficient then.

The only decent thing about this hotel is the location and even that’s not great.! This is maybe a 2 star place and the last thing they want to do is be helpful or make sure your comfortable.... do not stay here.! And I think camping in the forest is a good time so trust me when I say this place is horrible. First room had a used condom on the floor and second room that I paid to upgrade was an absolute wreck... rotten walls and they never vacuumed once... air never worked and the maid wouldn’t even clean our glasses. Such a gross place.

I stayed in the hotel for 2 nights on a business trip. The hotel is located in residential area, 10-12min walk from the nearest metro (subway) station. Well maintained property. Breakfast: not much variety, but OK in general. In addition to traditional Chinese dishes they have eggs, fruits, pastry, orange juice, and coffee. I booked it because of hot spring spa, however I did not have time to go there. The entrance fee is 258RMB

I found the GPS location on the website is incorrect. I send a message to the hotel for giving in the hotel name in Chinese language. I walked until found the hotel. Here, this is hotel location on GPS at 39.863147, 116.434585 on google map.

Well, need to be remind receptionist to register arrival with police if you have a 72 hour visa waiver. Otherwise possible trouble when leaving country. Internet access problematic, need chinese mobile phone to get access.

Staff does speak very little English. Hot Spring swimming and bathing facilities very good, Sauna included, male and female separated for the Sauna and SPA area. the ticket does even include a buffet. You need to wear some special clothes provided by them for the buffet.
