Everything in the hotel is charged.!! Even the water bottles.!!! Staff is too arrogant.! Not recommended.!

There was a lovely lady at the reception who made us feel welcomed upon our arrival. The room was spacious and spotless. We loved the layout. The view on the lake was nice and peaceful. Loved the little balcony too!

We had a wonderful stay. Overall, the hotel was neat and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was excellent for us. While we loved our room, the floor was not vacuumed as well as I would have liked. I'm not sure why because everything else was very clean. I would stay here again. (And we had a wonderful dinner at the Greg Bistro.)

Bonjour la chambre était très bien et très propre .. Ce que je trouve désolant y a pas de vaisselle et ustensiles si ont veut manger dans notre chambre et pas de micro-ondes … Le forfait j’ai acheté viens avec rien au prix qu’on a payer on aurais mériter au moins un déjeuner .. Le café dans la chambre très déçu Mettre une machine à café ordinaire ou Keurig aurais été le moindre détail..plusieurs personne se parle de ça … J’aurais dû acheter ma chambre sur forfait Québec on aurais eu plus 😕

Great room

Room clean like it was renovated the day before. Marvelous view on the lake Champlain, food was delicious either for breakfast or diner at the Greg restaurant. Staff had wine on hand for us on Friday night for our room!

Cleanliness and staff

Rooms were amazing, and so were the amenities. Service was very friendly. However, there is a 50$ surcharge, mandatory that is unclear when booking.
