Location was very strategic, near Taichung train station, Taroko mall with 24-hour Carrefour, and lots of eating places surrounding the hotel. Room was nice and comfortable with decent size (enough to open 2 large suitcases on the floor). Overall nice experience.

The highlight of this hotel is that it's very close to the metro station. The room is clean and modern, but it has no rugs. During winter time, it was not pleasant to walk around. But it has a Japanese toilet, which is nice. The room is pretty small; You couldn't open your luggage as there is no space. In general, it's clean and close to the metro station, but that is it.

There was a problem with the system connection, so the paid booking records on the website ended up outputting inconsistent room types on the hotel side. It was strange, and I didn't get an answer from the hotel side in the end. However, the response from the counter staff was very good and sincere. Although the hotel order could not provide the room type originally paid for, the flexible response provided another room type that was similar and acceptable.
