The breakfast started at 7 am, so when I asked any packed sandwich, it was simply refused, NO! When I discovered at around 10 pm that the window is a single glazed, very old, without any sound-thermal isolation, asked another, more quieter room, but the housekeeper said, I can leave if I do not like it. Of course without any refunding. So it was a very unpleasant, big disappointing.

Perfect for my solo stay before I took the ferry to France. Everything was clean and the host was very friendly. I was able to keep my bicycle indoors in their storage room.

This was such a lovely property and the caretaker was wonderful. She made such a lovely breakfast in the morning and was such a pleasure to interact with.

Warm and helpful welcome. Attic room is up three flights of stairs, no lift. Location is easy to find, close by a good retail park and ten minutes walk to the seafront. Room was very small with a small chair, but the bed was comfortable with nice bedding and everything was spotlessly clean. Windows opened fully which was nice, there was a fan provided but no air conditioning. After a good nights sleep shower was good with shampoo and conditioner provided. Yes coffee and kettle also on hand. Breakfast was superb and quickly served as I needed to leave early. Overall a very comfortable stay and recommended

Great hospitality made room for bikes !!

Not very welcome the bed was like sleeping on bricks and told to leave by 10am even though we were the only guests there. But the breakfast was fantastic

The property was in a great location near Dover Castle and the ports, and was easily within walking distance of retail outlets. The owners were very friendly and accommodating; I would definitely recommend it.

A lovely place to stay, an easy walk from the train station and up to the castle. Also good spot to start walk on the Vera Lynn trail up onto the White Cliffs. And they had no trouble with us storing our luggage until after we had visited the castle and were ready leave Dover.

Staff was friendly and attentive. We would happily stay there again.

Good location for access to Dover Castle, white cliffs trails, beach, city Center, and train station. And delicious made to order breakfast!
