The pictures are far from the real thing... Expectations vs reality

The place was very small especially the comfort room!

The room is small but for bed wide enough for 2 people, if you want to be economic and strategic location you can choose the Hotel.

feel scary at the first floor, not easy to find reception, even we have pay room charge, we can not see the room before we pay cleaning charges. I didn't stay there. I bought insurance for cancellation etc but insurance can not use for cancellation.

The most strategic position in Kowloon near Tsim Sha Tsui mtr station it's easy to go other places.

The room is good and it looks clean even if it is not that big. It’s good for those who are in budget and backpackers. The hotel staffs are accommodating and easy to talk to because they can speak English. It is also safe. It’s nice that they change our towels everyday. It’s location is nice because it is at the center anywhere you go. Also there are a lot of shops and restaurants nearby.

We booked for 2 different rooms (deluxe) but then was transferred to a family room. They said the 2 available rooms are on 2 different floors when in fact, Cebu Hotel is just at the 17F. Just disappointing that you are not getting the room you initially reserved.

Well it's narrow of course since most of hotel in Chungking mansion are narrow include the toilet. But it's clean. They clean your room and change your towel everyday but you need to pay 10% of total transaction. But don't worry, they will not collect any deposit here.

Room is a bit tight. High above 8 meters is difficult, the room is clean but wet. Convenient location for shopping. The elevator must wait a bit longer

Not recommended! They will charge you additional 10% of the booking fee per day. Then it is so hassle because they will transfer from Block A to Block E! Don't book in chungking mansion again!

Look out for extra fees charged at 10% of the total cost of staying. Which also makes it difficult because the currancy is used locally, I am charged HKD 59/3 nights if it is calculated to be more expensive than what I pay to an online agent. Be careful.

We stayed there recently only 3-6, 2019. room is clean, everyday they are cleaning so do not leave impt things just. small, but decent if you just take it. there's hot and cold shower. free coffee and tea. there is a microwave too. no free water, but you can buy saknla. fragrant ung hallway. nice two indian watchmen especially my brother who cleaned the room. there is a cleaning fee on the top of the payment thru travel to the voucher, we paid additional 114hkd for the cleaning fee. elevator is until 15th and 16th floor lang (different because odd and even) we always use ung up to 16th floor for a floor just go up. elevator can fit up to 6-8 persons and we avoid times that we know that many will use hehe. so luckily we didnt wait a long time to just climb. overall experience nice, i recommend this place especially with tight budget. 😊

We stayed at the 11th floor and our room was new. Not spacious but very clean and neat. They charge an extra cleaning fee/service charge payable upon check-in.

The location of the hotel is quite strategic, going anywhere is easy, because it is close to the MTR and shopping center. Uku. the room and elevator are very small, but it's okay, because we were there for a walk, while the purpose of our stay at the hotel was just for a short break not to enjoy the hotel.
