Great resort. It has everything you would need. They a lot of trees and plants giving shade to the entire resort.. The dining hall is huge. Staff are friendly and helpful. The whole place is very clean & well maintained. Calm & quiet surrounds.

We decided to stay here for just one night, but the experience was far from what we expected. When we arrived around 6 PM, the place was unusually dark. A guard approached us, and I informed him that we had a reservation. He then went off to find someone at the front desk, but it took over 30 minutes for anyone to assist us. When we finally met the front desk staff, the lady seemed clueless about the check-in process. She told us the regular front desk person was "out of town having a massage" and seemed completely unprepared to help. She showed us a room, but the bed wouldn’t even fit my family. The room itself felt very creepy, with strange setup choices that made us uncomfortable. There were no lights outside, everything was dark, and the restaurant was closed, leaving us with no options for food. In the end, the lady told us to ask for a refund, as she didn’t know anything about the situation. We’ve been waiting ever since — Hotels.com hasn’t been able to reach the property, and we still haven’t received a refund. I would strongly recommend avoiding this property. It needs serious attention and management to be up to standard. Very disappointing.

This is the second time we have been here and it is still the pearl. Wow ambience and a really amazing place to stay. Away from the stress. Friendly and accommodating staffs. The pool is awesome with different water levels. The kids loved it. Highly recommended.

Place was clean and tidy, staff very friendly but young cook was trying to flirt with my partner Pool was cleaned every day and was warm Nice quiet place

Need maintenance

The bed wasn’t very comfortable, no water heater, some bugs in the room. Overall was a nice stay and the grounds were beautiful. The restaurant was nice.

Property is under construction, but even the new construction is sub par. This is far less than a standard Motel 6

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Even helped with directions to places in nearby town to purchase things we needed . I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone.
