Staff were absolutely lovely and accommodating; Brought us fresh watermelon juice when we were using the pool. Gardens are beautifully maintained and the pool has an unrivalled view of the valley below and hills above. Hotel decoration itself was a little tired and humbly furnished. Generally clean.

The hotel staff is very friendly. informative, and very helpful in all our needs. The facilities provided are as shown in the application and all work well. The location is quite close to several tourist spots.

Pak Ketut Tanto was very hospitable, helpful and thoughtful. The villa is an old villa but quite well maintained. The location was great. He arranged scooter for me and even drove me to Amed. Very recommended.
