Very close to train station -30 second walk. But also very quiet no train noise. This is a modern hotel that was a joy to stay in. I would definitely recommend and would stay again if ever in Kakunodate again. Check in is unmanned so you need your booking number and use the check in machine.

ラウンジに飲み物や自動販売機があったのは良かったです。 チェックインの時に無人だったので、何を入力すれば良いかわかりませんでした。ちょっとドキドキしました。 でも一度チェックインしたら使い易かったです。

It is an unmanned hotel without front desk. May not suit for all travelers. Also no lift for this hotel and not suitable for traveler with long trip carrying big luggage. No response from hotel via Expedia message box.

무인이다보니 체크인에 문제가 생길 경우가 있음. 실제 문제가 생겼고 영어나 일어가 안된다면 문제해결이 힘들듯. 다른 후기에도 동일한 문제가 보임. 고객에게 사전 정보 등록을 요구하지만 링크 자체가 작동을 안함. QR을 활용하는 로그인도 찾기가 어렵고 일어로만 안내가 옴. 무인으로 운영하려면 사용자 입장의 개선이 필요할 것으로 보임.

預訂時沒有留意酒店沒有電梯，剛好安排了2樓的房間，我們15天旅程帶了大行李，抬上2樓可想而知有多困難。此外，晚上周圍沒食肆和的士，便利店晚上七點關門，因為早前有熊出沒角館，不敢在黑夜中走十多分鐘去旺區吃飯，捱餓了一夜。

Es un hotel q parece q no tiene funcionarios, emtonces el check in es en un totem, hay una sala comun con microondas y agua, todo muy limpio y organizado, me gusto bastante
