Absolutely gorgeous, well managed property. Beautiful suite in a stone trullo, and we enjoyed the infinity pool, excellent dinner and breakfast in a stunning setting surrounded by olive groves. So peaceful and relaxing. An oasis! Did not want to leave.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel - one of the nicest we’ve ever stayed at. Staying in a trulli was a very special and enjoyable experience. The ground themselves are absolutely gorgeous, right in the middle of the countryside. Couldn’t be more immaculate. Pool was beautiful and never crowded (would have loved it a touch warmer!). Such a special and relaxing place to stay, with lots of great little towns to visit nearby. Highly recommended.

Excellent hotel/ resort! Highly recommend. Clean, unique, secluded and a wonderful overall experience. Very peaceful, lovely (non heated) pool and great breakfast. I wish I would have booked to stay longer and would happily go back.

Borgo Canonica is a beautiful and very charming place with great service and attention from the staff. The atmosphere is peaceful, unique, and perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Puglia experience. The rooms and property are very well maintained and truly special. The only thing to keep in mind is that it is a bit far from the main cities and attractions, so having a car is definitely recommended. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed the experience.

Borgo Canonica is an absolute gem. The service was warm, attentive, and seamless from start to finish. The property offers a rare combination of peace and quiet with a drop-dead gorgeous location, surrounded by spectacular grounds that are meticulously maintained. Pool area quiet and relaxing. No negative comments. You must have a car to access the property. Strongly recommended.

Beautiful place, friendly staff, location is ok, close to Cisternina, a small and beautiful town.

Generally this is an amazingly quiet and relaxing place to stay. It is an old Trulli village that had been lovingly restored to a high standard while resting many original features and a cosy feel. It has nearly everything that we expect- lovely rooms, bathrooms, great shower, comfortable bed, lovely grounds - pool and restaurant. It’s a great base to travel from but you’re best off with a car. The only slight downer was the lack of facilities for a hot drink in the room. There’s always room service though. All of the staff are very friendly and eager to assist, which is excellent.

Really lovely stay in the Trulli hotel, a small family feel to the hotel but everything you could need for a really relaxing stay. You will need a car to get around but it is a good base for exploring different bits of Puglia and the trulli are really beautiful.

Loved everything about this hotel and would 100% recommend! We stayed at the property for 2 nights and wished I would have stayed a week! It was a perfect little haven nestled in a quiet area but perfectly located to visit all local towns around Cisternino. The hotel had everything you could want and more, from incredible cave style rooms, to a fabulous pool! The breakfast buffet was wonderful and had many options to cater to a variety of tastebuds. We had a lunch on site one day and couldn't believe how fresh everything was! Borgo Canonica is a MUST stay on your visit to Puglia if you want to visit a unique and luxurious property.

We loved staying at this property. It was so peaceful. The grounds are immaculate, the staff all extremely friendly and the food was delicious. It’s the perfect oasis amongst a very busy part of Italy.
