Room don’t have a lot of stuff did not have a hairdryer. Have to ask for it. Shampoo smell awful no Kleenex box no notepad only had a pen.

First impression: where am I going to park? The parking lot was being sealed. I parked next door near the stores, but the staff told me it wasn't safe. I was told to park on the newly sealed adjacent lot, then I had to dodge wet seal areas to get to the door. The room was generally clean except for the long hair found on the shower walls (I have short hair). The closet in the room appeared to be newly repaired as it was exposed drywall edges and metal corner trim. Not professional at all when I am told I was upgraded to that unit. The A/C in the hallways was no existent, and on a hot day that's unbearable. The bed was ok, but a king bed with two tiny queen sized pillows is inadequate.

This is a very economical stay. A bit more attention to detail can make a big difference. Charging a bit more for 2 towels/2 pillows per person would be great. Basically, you get what you pay for here.

Washroom was not clean no hang soap no shower gel

The bed and pillows were so soft and outdated ,the mattress was horrible ,pillows were so soft even when it's fold in half still horrible..only one light works, the heater took so long to warm up the room, also I couldn't watch television, the gentleman at the front desk was told about the issue, but nothing was done..

Our room smelled freah and was very clean. Plenty of free parking. The front desk staff were friendly, professional and kind enough to allow us to check in early. Only downfall is the waĺls are pretty thin. The people beside us were talking and listening to music until 4am so we didn't get much sleep. Otherwise, it was a very pleasant stay and the hotel suited our needs perfectly.
