I loved how useful the staff was and Lovely beach also

I love the hotel the all inclusive the people there the staff and most importantly the bartenders were excellent and entertaining

Overall everything was ok, nothing terrible but nothing great. 2 of the 3 restaurants were closed permanently so that was disappointing. The food on the buffet is redundant and bland. The beach is the best part of this property If you are looking for an upscale experience this is NOT where you want to stay but it is priced as such. Staff is very helpful and nice. Mexican Fiesta o. Thursday nights is amazing!

Dos playa was one of the top best resort, the staff was amazing. But the food was decent, and we didn’t get pick up from the airport

Barwell stock no, we did not look over the beach. We did look over the property though and could see a corner of the ocean at a corner of the lagoon. It was a nice actually space.

Building is a little older but rooms were very clean. Bell boy Josue is top notch! Made our check in and check out so easy The bar had excellent service. Food was good and lots to choose from. They are right by the beach as well! Theres also entertainment every night! And for all of those worried that it might be too loud, they shut everything down by 10pm at the latest. Overall good experience.

Not true to pictures. Room very small, seems old. Food wasn’t good. Service was ok but not the friendliest.

The staff was not responsive at all. Too expensive for the ameneties not worth it at all.

The room was clean and the site was beautiful. The cost was absolutely worth the stay. The room and facilities had some broken cabinets but otherwise was fine. The food was okay, we are vegetarian but could put together something every meal. The on site entertainment was not professional but it was fun.

Had a great time met some great people room was clean property was beautiful but the food was ok if they uped there food options it would be a really great resort and the location is great close to everything

When we arrived we were told they had lost electricity and did not have a room for us for the night and arranged to put us up at a different place for the night and that they would have the issue resolved for the rest of our stay. But the place they sent us to was TERRIBLE! Just dirty and run down. We felt we had been down graded from what we had booked! We had book thru Expedia so we had to reach out to them for help so we were moved to a different place for the night but were told to go back to Dos Playas for the rest of our reservation but AGAIN we were told they did not have a room for us and blamed Expedia for cancelling our reservation. We had to spend hours on the phone AGAIN trying to get help to find a place to stay. The receptionists at Dos Playas were not nice NOR helpful with the whole ordeal. I would NOT book with them again.

Staff was great. Grounds were nice. Food was good. Room was small and dated.
