What a gem! You are literally staying in a mini castle in walking distance to all Erice has to offer. The staff were exceptional, the room wonderful and breakfast included!

Erice was the top of a nine day trip. Good room (bed, bath) at the entrance of the town, good restaurant (excellent view from hilltop, excellent food and house wine), helpful staff. Highly recommend this place! We had an argument about our hand-written dinner bill. (We were wrong.) The manager handed the situation professionally: no matter that he is right or wrong, the guest is a respected “king”.

Erice was wonderful but the hotel room was very dated. Also, our air conditioner didn’t work and the breakfast food was average. I would not stay here again.

The people working there are great .rooms okay but hotel is outdated and breakfast was poor .

Beautiful property with very friendly support staff. I needed to follow the directions and park below the hotel but instead followed the gps and wedged the rental literally between the rock and the hard place. Service bailed me out of the scrape! Walking around town was great. Also having the speciality past from Maria , the Genovese, was a special treat. Sam L

Charming, little town but the hotel and the staff weee horrible. Very old and outdated hotel.

Step into bathroom dangerous as very close to basin. Lights fused a couple of times. Bed felt damp due to air-con. Having stayed here a few years ago, the property has deteriorated. Tried for 3 days to contact property re. parking arrangements - no one ever responded even when a message was left. Will not be returning.

Charming hotel in Erice. Close walk from to the main gate of the town and the gondola. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet which had chef prepared eggs. The hotel parked your car upon request. We use the What's app to contact hotel the day before arrival to arrange parking. The room was spacious except for the shower size. Bedding could use updating.

Very centrally located, very friendly staff. If we go again we would pay the 15 euros for help with parking & cases.

The staff went out of their way to assist us with any concerns or questions and took care of parking and bringing our car upon arrival and leaving for a minimal fee. Well worth it!

Ages old mountain town with very nice hotel and staff. Marvelous view from dining area. Enjoyed the ambiance.

This place was really fantastic. It’s a short walk from the Parking where you can get a weekly pass. The owner was very prompt with sending us instructions, even the route to drive in and things to do as we left. The restaurant has an excellent for you your usual breakfast with served with lots of choices. We had dinner there one night and enjoyed the experience. The patio was also very nice to sip a drink or coffee. I would recommend this place and come back here again.

Wonderful hotel. Small and cozy with lovely panoramic view from the restaurant. Service was excellent.
