The only issue is that you can hear everything that happens in other rooms. But great Hotel otherwise!

Just be careful if you can’t handle walk ups or lack of AC. Otherwise it’s a gem in location and staff!

Wonderful rooftop area for breakfast and for chilling after a long day. Spring for the hot breakfast as the continental breakfast is a bit wanting and the hot breakfast will hold you over until dinner, or at least a late afternoon visit to a taqueria. Very nice location, a different scene from the city center. If you are sensitive to scents, be sure to inform them ahead of time as their cleaning products definitely have a strong smell.

Really enjoyed my stay at Casa Decu. The location is excellent — perfect for exploring Condesa and Roma, with loads of great food and drink options nearby. The hotel itself is very clean, and the decor is lovely with a nice character to it. Staff were also consistently friendly and helpful. My room didn’t have air conditioning (only a fan), and there was no refrigerator, which would have been nice to have. The breakfast was fine, but nothing particularly special, and they didn’t have torta available during my stay, which was a bit disappointing. Overall though, I had a great experience and would happily stay here again.

The rooms were clean and we enjoyed the extra room in the sitting area. The staff was very helpful answering our questions. The breakfast (orderered off the menu) was delicious. Unfortunately, the coffee was terrible - we walked to a nearby coffee shop each day for our morning coffee.

Quiet location, friendly staff, very clean rooms and comfortable roof deck for breakfast and lounging.

The terrace was beautiful, the beds comfortable, thoughtful staff and gorgeous design taste.

Excellent hotel in a great neighbourhood that gives an authentic CDMX experience, but with metro access a few minutes away to access the whole city.

I love this hotel! It's so charming, well-situated, and the bed is extremely comfortable. I enjoy the use of bicycles and delicious breakfasts on the lovely terrace. The neighborhood can't be beat!

Room and bathroom were spotless. Very good bed, bedding and towels. Friendly staff. Pleasant rooftop terrace for breakfast.

I am not sure why this hotel is rated as “exceptional” that is way too high. Sure the staff are very friendly and the cleaners do a really good job, but: The room I was given had worst view I ever had in a hotel The sink didn’t drain properly Bathroom was very small No heating or AC: it must be horrible If you come during a heat wave No elevator On one night the Fire safety battery was low in the corridor and rang all night. The WiFi stopped working on 1 night. Giving only 2 stars to lower the average.
