Fantastic hotel with excellent, friendly staff on reception. Rooms are new and modern with an exceptionally comfortable bed. Air conditioning a 7/10. Better than many European hotels but although it shows capable of being set at 16 C it can’t do it, will go no cooler than 19 C only. As others have mentioned on their reviews the hotel car park is exceptionally difficult to find. I think future guests would benefit from a detailed guide on here how to find the car park (Martin’s Agora, although Grand Place is also nearby and cheaper). The road system in this city is underground so Waze etc isn’t fully functional, which doesn’t help either. The road system doesn’t help at all with finding the hotel & whoever designed it should never design another road again! However overall because the hotel is exceptional and now I know how to get to the car park, I’ll definitely stay here again if I’m in the area.

This modern property is in the very centre of Louvain-la-Neuve, just five minutes' walk from the railway station. The receptionist was professional and spike good English. Our room was spotlessly clean and served daily by the housekeeping team. We did not dine in the hotel but had a number of snacks, hot chocolate, etc., from the bar.

The centre of Louvain la Neuve (“LLN”) is built around the university campus and this hotel stands prominently on one side of the central square. It is close to the shopping malls and about five minutes’ walk from the railway station with direct services to Brussels. The hotel itself is modern with all the facilities one would expect from one catering very much for business people. The reception area is spacious and the receptionists speak hood English. The rooms are of a good size with large comfortable beds and superb shower rooms. Housekeeping was excellent, with fresh towels every day. My wife and I were so pleased we have booked to return in the spring.

Very nice modern hotel set in the pedestrianised town. Loads of great restaurants in the town and lots of shops.

For the price you paid, it was disappointing to see trash on the ground near the trash can due to staff failing to empty them. The room lacked in basic requirements such as soap. The wait to check in was extremely long.

We had a great stay in the hotel. The car parking is a nightmare in Louvain-la-Neuve, as all the car parking is under the town. The town is pedestrian only.

The hotel was very nice with welcoming employees. It's also well located but not easy to access by car. I was a bite dissapointed with the breakfast, very limited choise.

Great Stay

Martin's is great. Service is professional, courteous and polite. Staff speaks English. The hotel is very clean.

the rooms are in really bad shape. They only clean once every 7 days. We were checked in a room with stained sheets and unflushed toilet. Hair all over the shower and bathroom. Next room they gave us had broken bathroom faucet. The front desk staff didn’t not speak proper English and didn’t understand us well. Overall really bad experience for the price.

Warning! For bookings with platforms they ask for additional massive pool/sauna entrance fee (60eur/2pax) so dont go unless ready to pay another 50%-70% of your booking price for it. Otherwise fine hotel, well located

Satisfied with everything but Very disappointed that pool is paid and not included with the room. This is the first time i’ve seen this in hotels.
