Staff were polite and professional. Rooms were nice, although the furniture was a little run down which explains the lower price of a night there. Can’t complain, beds were comfortable and I didn’t notice any infestation problems. Underground parking was super convenient with the severe weather conditions that’s been occurring recently Would book here again.

Hot tub and pool room needs proper ventilation. Chemical smells burns your eyes within minutes. Elevator wasn't working. It's a hotel for sports teams so if you want peace and quite go somewhere else

The room was rushed to be cleaned, check-in was at 3, were there at 3:50 and was not ready yet. We waited more than 20 mins, and when we got to the room, there was gummy Candy on the wall and strawberry tops in the garbage. The elevator was always out of service.

Convenient location. Close to restaurants and shopping. Underground parking was appreciated.

On arrival we asked about the hot tub and pool, if they were working. Confirmed that both were available. When we got to the pool it was closed for repairs.

We needed an adjustment to our room upon arrival to accommodate a family member with minimal mobility. The staff was quick to help with the adjustments needed to make their stay comfortable. They followed up afterwards to make sure everything was taken care of. Super grateful for their help in making their stay comfortable.

Perfect hotel well located to all the groceries and stores. Underground parking available as well.

We checked in and was not really informed about which card on the account was being charged, we thought it was through the Marriot’s reward account but apparently they charged it on the expedia account which is not what we originally want. She never stated which one she charged or even asked us what card we want to use. The front desk missed giving us our breakfast coupon that we also paid/included on our booking not until we mentioned it to her. She also did not tell us where the elevator and how to go to our rooms since the number of the room is different from the floors they have. We have to guess which way to go, even though we stated that this is our first time staying at this hotel. During our stay, our first night we heard loud music playing across the room or upstairs with an announcer (with a microphone) at 12am and it went up until 2am. We called three times but they never really made an effort to check on that noise. Overall, I would definitely not recommend staying and will not stay at this hotel anymore. Very disappointed and never really had this experience at any hotel I’ve ever stayed at in Edmonton.
