quite, rural setting with amazing view of the Guidi castle, very good breakfast, excellent dinner.....besides being priced most reasonably.

Initial impressions are that this a fine hotel. lovely location, great position,attractive appearance, easy parking, helpful and pleasant staff. The restaurant serves good food in pleasant surroundings. HOWEVER, the room we were offered was a disgrace. whether or not this was a bait room (by that we mean a room that is so awful that we were sure to pay for an upgrade) or not, that is exactly what we had to do or move on. We are experienced free travellers and so are used to the artistic impression that some hotel owners apply to the decription of their rooms but in this case, the images of the room was so far removed from reality as to be almost fraudulent. They call the room we booked "Comfort Room which would be an insult to anyones intellegence as there was no comfort in the room.

Beautiful setting and views from room and terrace. Our room was very small but adequate. No air conditioning in our room.

Hotel con vista stupenda,camera comfort non grande ma molto accogliente e pulita. Finestrella con vista sul castello di Poppi.Colazione ottima molto varia, dolce e salato.

Ruhige Lage, sehr freundliche Gastgeber, üppiges Frühstück und ein hervorragendes Restaurant.
