It is a great option and the facilities are in a good condition except the TV remote control or AC not working properly; I believe it is because they don’t change the batteries.

I was extremely disappointed to find out that my room had no exterior windows. This could not be a deal breaker but the smell of sewage coming out of the bathroom definitely was. When I informed the front desk upon check out there was no apology whatsoever. Needless to say that I would never book a room on this property.

It took them 30 minutes to give me a room. Then they gave me a room where there were already people in it and I had to go down to complain and get an empty one. This has never happened to me before. It was a bad experience. I do not recommend it

Muy buen hotel, limpio, espacioso, staff muy amable y eficiente. La comida excelente y el mesero muy amable y servicial. Un poco incomodo el estacionamiento pero fuera de ello todo lo demás es excelente.

Sorry to say, but our experience was unpleasant. The beds were hard, the walls were so thin you could hear mulled conversations and all doors opening and closing. The doors had gaps at the bottom which let in the hallway bright light like a very large night light, making it hard to sleep. And there was no ventilation in the bathroom. Finally, we felt our avtivities were monitored because we had to check with the front desk when returning every day to reactivate the door key.

Los colchones se resbalaban de ahí en fuera todo excelente la vd muy bonito hotel y el personal muy amable

Buena ubicación para nosotros, personal muy atento, habitación amplia, baño pequeño, todo muy limpio, el desayuno buffet incluido variado y de buena calidad, cuenta con dos estacionamientos, ambos pequeños. Aunque el hotel estaba lleno, no fue ruidoso. Cuando volvamos a Xalapa, ahí nos hospedaremos.

Es un hotel bastante limpio, cómodo y agradable.

Nada extraordinario pero Confortable

Excelente ubicación… la 100% pagar el bufet… el único detalle es que el restaurante siempre está lleno y en ocasiones hay que esperar para poder desayunar
