there's no front desk for this apartment. self check-in email send to the email address prior to the check-in time. the room is clean and dirty. take exit 4 from daikokucho station and walk 4 mins to reach the apartment 

I will stay here again. Very comfortable, there is a seven eleven in front.

Love the place! It 's super clean, the staff is friendly, in front of 7-11 and nearby the mini market, the location is great because it 's close to a stop over for Keisei Narita Express and other trains. It has everything what we need during our stay in Tokyo. We will go back there again and recommend to others. Thanks Randor!
