The rooms with the little loft above the bathroom were perfect for our 12 yr old grandkids to feel special and have their own place to hang out. A great idea for families …. The staff was great and the convenience of the casual restaurant was super good. Not a high end experience but for a casual vibe close to the cruise ships … awesome!

This place was such a great place to stay. The hotel reads as a completely boutique and special spot to be. I would highly recommend it to anyone in the area. What you can't see is that there is a park right across the way and pretty much anything you'd like to do as far as eating or walking around the town. Well, it's all walking. Super easy and I would love to stay again. We were sad to leave.

Absolutely loved this place. We like a cool room & the Aircon was perfect. The bed was smaller than expected but super comfortable mattress & duvet. It was all spotless & felt 4 star. Great to have a fridge, table, sofa. Really handy to everything in Southampton & our cruise port.

This was the most fun hotel we've ever stayed in! From the decor to the humor in the reminder notes, the ambiance just made you feel happy to be there. They take eco responsibility seriously. The waste bin in each room clearly spells out what goes into recycling and what goes in the trash. The small kitchen was well stocked with basic cookware and utensils. On the table was a box labeled "Bits and Bobs," little useful things you may not have in your suitcase like paper clips, needle and thread and plastic bag fasteners. The box itself was made of recycled coffee grounds from their restaurant. The restaurant, by the way, was great.

Everything as should. Friendly and helpful staff, nice quiet place in the city centre. Nicely furnished and clean room, comfortable beds. You can really relax there.

The home like features of the room were the highlight of this hotel. The room came with pots, pans and dishes including dishwashing soap for the dishwasher and a fridge - everything you could need to feel "at home." There is also a decent grocery store near by you can stock up at for food. The hotel staff are extremely nice and friendly. It really did feel like you were at home. I would stay at this hotel again the next time I am in Southampton.

Clean and comfortable!

The hotel is nice , the staff let it down I received email asking to book parking but on arrival they said sorry nothing available which wasn’t a deal breaker. For people that are in business the breakfast is terrible From waiting 20 to 30 mins to order and another 20 + for food and when asking can I order please being told off by the staff to wait your turn On the last day I ordered bacon and egg cob and the fried egg was actually cold they apologised but I didn’t have any more time to wait for them. I personally have seen 3 other people walk out because they couldn’t wait anymore and the staff say I told him they need to wait I spent 8k on hotel rooms for my company to do an exhibition and was treated with disdain. The staff are rude telling people to wait over and over when 45 mins to an hour is not acceptable We normally plan meet at 8.30 leave by 9.00 but had to be down for 8.00 to leave for 9.00 sorry this isn’t good enough. When checking out asked was everything ok and saying no they said ok.

This place is really cute. The room is spacious. Got the 3rd floor in the back so area is quiet. The hotel is convenient to walk to local restaurants and shopping.

Got upgraded to a lovely studio room. Room was quiet, had excellent facilities in the room such as a kitchenette, table with games and a view over the park. There was also good amenities such as a gym. The staff were also very helpful and friendly. The only criticism is that they need to be clearer about parking as didn't realise this needed to be booked in advance. It was all booked out and I needed to reserve another space elsewhere with justpark.
