We loved how Swiss the hotel looks and they served a wonderful breakfast.

Beautiful area. Walkable. Right next to a bus stop to the train station. Friendly helpful staff.

Could not say enough good things. Property, staff,location,service ,food were all excellent. Highly recommend staying here. Great midpoint to visit Bern,Interlaken, Lauterbrunnen etc.

The location of this hotel is excellent!

A simple hotel close to the old town. Everything was nice. The only negative is a room on the fourth floor without an elevator. It could be a challenge for somebody.

This was such a wonderful stay for us during our 3 nights in Thun. The room was perfect for just two of us and everything was comfortable and clean. I only wish there were a few more outlets in the room to plug our electronics into, but that didn’t pull away from it being such a great hotel. Breakfast was a great option to sit and have a coffee, yogurt, and some fresh pastries before you headed out for the day. I would highly recommend staying here as it is close enough to the train station (10-12minutes), and close to shipping and dining options. Plus we had a view of Thin castle outside our balcony which was great! Thanks again for a wonderful stay.

A wonderful rehab of an old building - modern and clean with an unexpected but welcoming Tex-Mex theme! The employees were all great and the dinner options were excellent. The included Continental breakfast was OK but somewhat limited. We would definitely stay there again and budget more time to explore the city.

Property was spartan by Western standards. Expedia site was misleading with respect to the quality of this facility. The staff however was warm and welcoming, but for most Western travelers there are better hotel options.

15 mins walk or 5 mins bus from Thun station. Bus stop is next to hotel. So, very convenient. Close to dining, overall great location. Breakfast was ok, not very good. Room and bed very comfortable for a good sleep.

Excellent customer service

The property and room were exactly as advertised with lovely views of the castle and mountains. The staff, especially at breakfast were very attentive to the requests we had previous made regarding dietary requirements. They were friendly and informative, especially Jana. Had a lovely stay in the picturesque town of Thun.

the service was super friendly and the food was simply but excellent and vegan friendly. Only downsides were no TV programs in English and the sink in the bedroom rather than in the shower area was not really attractive

Loved this gem of a hotel! Our "family room" was perfect for the 5 of us. The room and bathroom looked very newly renovated and the beds were quite comfortable. It was also in the perfect location for our one day and night in the beautiful city of Thun. I especially loved the hostess's recommendation for places to swim and bridge jump.

Very spacious room with a spacious bathroom with two sinks. Breakfast was delicious also. Beds were comfortable - we slept very well.

I enjoyed my stay here. The staff were extremely friendly and my room was very clean and comfortable. I was able to leave my luggage with them when I got there in the morning and they moved them to my room when it was ready. There isn't an elevator but it was fine since I was only on the first floor. Location was great as I was able to catch the local bus right outside. I found it was very quiet - the windows are excellent in terms of keeping the traffic noise out. I would definitely stay there again. checking in/out was super easy!

The young lady carried my luggage to my room. She may have trained with Arnold swartznegger. Hahaha. Great friendly staff. Quiet room. Great location with good bus service. Sunday morning walking through town was amazing not many people and the church bells echo was great.

Really big room and good bathroom. Budget friendly. little bit far from the station for walking (15 mins). But you can take tram.
