We had a fantastic stay! Great hotel beside the Ems. Highly recommended! (The only slight negative was that the senior members of staff were visible rude to their younger co-workers in front of guests. It's not the end of the world if a younger assistant takes slightly longer to work the computer at reception, we don't mind! Better just to have patience and allow them to learn, we don't mind!)

Everything is good except noise cancellation. Had a room with the windows on parking and all noise from cars, people and parking door was there. Additionally every room closing door sound, so I was happy I took my earplugs. Food, service, cleanliness, location - great.

I stayed at Lind Hotel during a business trip because my company booked this hotel for an external training class. The venue and service was excellent and the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Its location is well located too - close to the inner town where you can stroll around and see some cute ancient houses.

Excellent hotel and in particular want to thank Andreas who looked after us for 2 of the 3 meals enjoyed at the restaurant. Breakfast was first class, beds very comfortable and rooms serviced daily with quality towels and linen. We would highly recommend this hotel and give it 5 stars. Joanne & Robert Australia
