Everything was perfect. …nice room with Japanese toilet. …lots of free minibar items from Fauchon, plenty of complementary bottled water in fridge. Concierge was excellent handling lunch and dinner reservations for every day we were there. Location is perfect! Only critique is the shower could have been a little hotter for our tastes.

Too much expensive stay compared to room size, breakfast is too limited and employee very slow and not convient for business purposes. The food of room service is not what expected for international guests. The menue should be more choices.

We loved our stay with Fauchon! Everyone treated us so special. What a great touch to have a complimentary ride to a place of your choice on weekend evenings. We were driven to Maxims once Mohammed took our photos in and around the car; made us feel like royalty! The tea and macarons at checkin really set the tone!

Stayed there three nights with my family last week. Brand new hotel. Great location, amazing service, Plus a view on the Eiffel Tower. Hard to beat.

Excellent customer service. However, inconsistent with refilling courtesy products of which that said they would do daily. Even after numerous times of telling them to rectify it, it still was not fulfilled until one day before our departure. Nevertheless, comfortable and luxurious setting, amazing breakfast, and exceptionally attentive staff. Very centrally-located with access to major landmarks.
