We loved our stay at Rila! It was the best location for the slopes & we loved the huge variety of food we were offered for breakfast and dinner! We loved the surprise of having a live singer in the lounge downstairs after dinner, it was a lovely addition to some of our evenings! Our room was really spacious too & staff were really helpful at reception when we needed anything!

Everything excellent. It’s a very large hotel so breakfast very crowded at the weekend but plenty there. Location excellent, facilities excellent. Only downside is the noise from the local bars at night. Amazing cocktails in the lobby. Food not so great in the lobby but excellent at the Terrace on the 2nd floor.

Great location. Clean and modern hotel. Plenty of amenities and the breakfast was really good. Very helpful staff. A little noisy from the bars at the front pumping out really irritating music late afternoon/early evening. Don't go for a mountain view room if you want a quiet evening in your room.

A great stay with a touch of luxury

Really lovely hotel but ski hire staff incredibly rude, rooms on the front of the hotel very noisy and slope view doesn’t always mean slope view as I was told to go onto my balcony and look left to see the slopes 🙄 view from room was dirty rooftops and messy car parks.

A thoroughly enjoyable experience- a very well organised hotel! Great food, staff and accommodation and the slopes out the door were perfect x

Absolutely amazing time we had at this venue. It is a sku resort town in the mountains & the buffet style meals were incredible.

All was excellent! The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel has a lot of things to offer as amusement and some good restaurants outside. We enjoyed this hotel very much. The only problem is the little rooms and the tiny bathroom. Not comfortable.

Great location. Terrible service. The room is poor and simple. The bathroom very tiny we can’t move. We complete time that we got a resume already check out . Very very disappointed . No cost affected!!

Highly recommended for the overall experience and range of amenities. The rooms were modern, recently updated, clean and functional. View of the mountain was splendid. The terrace restaurant was outstanding in both service and quality, including drinks, cocktails and desserts. The pool is half Olympic size, flanked by two Jacuzzis and enclosed in a beautiful still.. The spa offers a range of hot/cold exposure plus massages and other services. Kids (and adults) can enjoy the arcade and billiards rooms. Plenty of outdoor seating and indoor lounging area. Generously stocked breakfast and lunch buffets.

They lied about pay-on-arrival, charged the card one week before arrival.

Friendly and helpful staff, but wifi often ultra-slow or non-existent - an on-going problem reception told me. And this $200/night hotel warns guests they'll only get one sachet of instant coffee in their room for the whole stay!

Very happy with the hotel, this is our 3rd stay. Promptly accommodated my requests. Cleaning and fresh towels (if you wanted) every day, good spa and pool, food was ok, would definitely return. No film channel in English was the only negative.
