Lovely hotel. Great breakfast service.

It wasn’t three star ,

Not sure how Britannia get their star ratings? Dirty (brown stain) on pillow! Iron marks on the side of the wardrobe (!) 1 bath towel for room for 2 people! Fixtures and Finishes worn/dirty/outdated. Generally felt unclean. Stayed Britannia before (elsewhere) and same really poor quality. 3 star competitors are way better. Wont return to Britannia.....in any location.

Cheap and cheerful. Basic hotel but beds comfy. Staff very pleasant.

People arguing in the corridor on floor 8, shouting and screaming at eachother all through the night. Mattress very stained.

Only good point was the staff at reception, who were friendly, welcoming. Otherwise terrible, booked double bed got two twin single beds pushed together. Lighting was substandard, room was freezing. Big chips and marks on dressing table. Guests in our floor , floor six was having full blown fights and arguments. Another guest already asked to be moved and git put on first floor. Before i could Sk and move room fire alarm went off, rooms evacuated at 3 am . Fire engines , everyone standing outside freezing.

Lovely staff, very friendly, prompt with requests for extra towels, etc. We ended up having to add an extra night, and it was extremely easy to do so, no need to switch rooms. Will definitely stay again.

It was ok for the money but it seemed it was being used as an asylum seekers place ...... and the breakfast wasnt great either , but the staff were really nice

High quality reasonable price

It was a very basic room. A bit too warm. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was the best feature. The breakfast was cold..all in all not worth the £100 i was charged.

Too noisey with traffic all through the night hardly slept

The room has bedbugs. I've taken a photo and video of it. Location is good. Staff are very friendly. The carpet in the hallway isn't laid down properly so it's uneven in places.

Nice staff. The room cleanliness isn’t horrible, but it also isn’t the best. There is a pretty consistent ticking noise that in the room. The walls are also pretty thin. Those 2 things prevented me from having a good night sleep.

The room was spacious but we had to go to reception to get access to the wifi and there was also no signal for the tv cable. Also, the online site is not updated, the check-in and check out times were different.

Room unclean

The room was a similar price to better, more modern hotels in the area. The staff are pleasant and helpful. However, the rooms are in dire need of refurbishment. id look elsewhere if comfort id desired

Dress stolen from my room. Management not interested said come back So came back and was told come.back in 3 days as we need to investigate. COME BACK IN 3 DAYS????? ITS A CITY BREAK I WAS ON. Called hotel many times and nobody gets back to me
