Late check-in. Had to wait 15 minutes from 2:00 PM until the room was ready. The room lights were all yellow/dim. Not recommended if you bring a laptop for work in the room. One bright/white light would be preferable.

The hotel room was very comfortable and spacious, but the toilet cleanliness could use some attention and improvement. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was standard, but okay. Thank you.

Dirty room, lots of small cockroaches. Good service. Dirty elevator, lots of handprints. Dirty bathroom, poorly maintained. I didn't eat at the restaurant. There were no glasses in the room, no water heater. Pretty bad, in my opinion.

The staff was quick, but the only downside was that the towels weren't changed daily. The bathroom wasn't clean, with lots of insects, like cockroaches. The room was also infested with cockroaches.

The bathroom was incredibly dirty, the AC wasn't cold, and the bathroom facilities were broken and didn't function properly. If you're serious about owning a hotel, please fix all the facilities.

The bathroom was dirty, with lots of tiny cockroaches, the towels weren't white anymore, the room was too dark and there was no outside light at all, the pillows smelled a bit... There was no hot water kettle. The area around the hotel was also not well maintained and it was difficult to find food nearby.

The TV remote is always dead, the toilet button is broken, the bathroom is poorly maintained, and the bed is covered in a thick layer of dust. I've stayed here many times, but the same problems always persist.
