If only the room had a small fridge, that would be great. Not sure why, I stayed for 7 nights, but during the first 3 nights in a row, I always received a due-out call advising my checkout time for the day. The non-smoking floor smells of smoke in the hallway. The rest is good. Thank you.

The room type booked did not match the room type received during check-in. This is very disappointing. Hopefully, this won't happen to other customers who plan to stay here.

Book a superior twin room: clean room with TV, air conditioning, electric kettle, and bottled water. No brewed tea/coffee is available. The bathroom is clean, with a functioning water heater, and toothbrushes, soap, and other essentials are provided. Breakfast starts at 6:00, with delicious food, but a bit lacking in variety.

The location is very strategic, with lots of places to eat, close to the mall, and close to the bus stop. It's just that it's probably a business trip, so I usually do a bit of work in my room :) but the table is too small for my laptop :) so it's a bit out of proportion. Even though I've requested a room, I still didn't get what I wanted. It's a bit disappointing because I wasn't told anything else. I thought it would be suitable :)
