This was my first time staying here. The building is quite old, with 30 floors (wow). As for parking, I was on the 5th floor yesterday, and there weren't any adequate facilities (a bit of a shame). The lobby has a standard ambiance, and the receptionist was friendly. The room was quite comfortable, with a soft mattress and pillows, but the bedcovers had a vintage feel. The bathroom was clean and adequate for a 3-star hotel. The breakfast was varied and still tasted okay. Overall, this is a fairly comfortable hotel, despite its age.

Overall, it's good. But unfortunately, the TV is lacking. It doesn't seem like a smart TV yet. The staff is also friendly, and you get a welcome drink while waiting for check-in. 4 stars but the price is very affordable ^^

At 8 a.m., we wanted to have breakfast, but the food was gone and not refilled immediately, despite the large number of guests. Many drinks were also empty. Disappointing for a supposedly 4-star hotel.

Nice, clean, and reasonably priced. The pool is awesome, located on the 30th floor. We stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights in 3 rooms. The food was quite affordable and delicious.

A good hotel. A small suggestion about the air conditioning: it wasn't quite cool enough, perhaps due to Semarang's relatively hot weather. Overall, it's still okay.

Waiting more than 15 minutes at check-in creates the impression of slow service. Check-in was also at 3:30 PM, well past the 2:00 PM check-in time. Access from the parking lot to the hotel elevator via the emergency stairs impedes mobility and is unfriendly for the elderly and children. Piles of cardboard boxes on the emergency stairs create a shabby feel and block the path.

The parking lot is really tight. The mattress is itchy. It looks like the sheets haven't been changed.

The cooking needs to be improved, the rice is hard, the spices lack flavor.

The breakfast is varied, every day is different.

It's fun! Highly recommended.

The room was moldy, with some walls peeling and damaged. Breakfast was refilled in the old restaurant. Cockroaches were found on the floor around the restaurant. There were flies around the menu because the restaurant wasn't equipped with a fly catcher. Recommendation: the hotel needs renovation.

Our experience of going swimming, we didn't bring towels and soap shampoo. Usually in 4-star hotels, they are provided, but this one wasn't. It was funnier when we were swimming and wanted to pee, there was only one toilet and we had to wait. Already desperate, we ended up peeing in our pants because of the long queue, hahaha. No towels were provided, no shampoo soap provided, in short supply. We had to go to the room to rinse off, wow, that's not enough... Actually, the view is really great. Hopefully there will be improvements. Sorry, that's what we felt. Thank you🙏
